Responsibilities

Lead Teacher

1. Lead and manage the class throughout various camp activities.
2. Communicate and collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure smooth program implementation.
3. Supervise and support students during breaks and activities transitions.
4. Monitor students’ participation, progress, and behavior throughout the program.
5. Deliver lessons and facilitate classroom activities using the provided curriculum and lesson plans.
6. Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
7. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students at all times.
8. Maintain daily attendance records and basic progress reports.
9. Maintain positive and professional communication with students’ parents.

Teacher Assistant

1. Assist the Lead Teacher in supervising students throughout the day.
2. Set up the classroom, especially for morning free play activities.
3. Assist with lesson preparation and organize materials for the day or class activity.
4. Maintain clean and sanitary work space.
5. Encourage student participation and provide individual assistance when needed.
6. Monitor students’ behavior and report any concerns to the Lead Teacher.
7. Support classroom clean-up and organization after each activity.
8. Ensure that students eat their snacks and lunch properly.
9. Prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of students at all times.
   

Qualifications

1. Candidates must be at least Bachelor in education or English.
2. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Fluent in English is preferred.
4. Passionate about teaching and working with children.
5. Willing to work on Monday to Friday (8:30 – 15:30 WITA).
6. Available to participate in training and discussion sessions.
