About Poly English Course
Poly English Course is a growing English learning center committed to helping children and teenagers develop confidence and proficiency in English through engaging and interactive learning experiences.
We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated Part-Time English Teachers to join our team and support our growing number of classes.
Job Responsibilities
● Deliver engaging and effective English lessons based on the Poly English curriculum.
● Create a positive, supportive, and student-centered classroom environment.
● Encourage students to actively participate and improve their English communication skills.
● Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
● Maintain attendance records and complete basic academic reports when required.
● Collaborate with the Academic Team to ensure a high-quality learning experience for students.
● Participate in teacher training, meetings, or academic discussions when needed.
Qualifications
● Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field (English, Education, Linguistics, Literature, or related fields are preferred).
● Minimum 1 year of teaching experience is preferred.
● Strong spoken and written English skills.
● Passionate about teaching children and teenagers.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Responsible, reliable, and professional.
● Able to manage classrooms effectively and create an engaging learning atmosphere.
● Willing to teach on-site in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta.
● Flexible and available to teach based on class schedules and operational needs.
