After the positive impact of its initial CSR efforts, our client, a premier diving center in Raja Ampat, Southwest Papua, is extending its commitment to education by supporting an elementary school in Friwen Island and a senior high school in Mansuar Island. An enthusiastic educator is sought to make a meaningful impact on young learners.
Tasks & responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver interactive English lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence.
2. Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment where students can thrive.
3. Track student progress and provide constructive guidance to help learners achieve their potential.
4. Compile detailed student progress reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program.
Requirements :
1. Fluent English proficiency.
2. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in English Education or English Literature required.
3. Minimum of one year teaching experience preferred;
4. Passionate to work with children who live in remote island
5. Genuine enthusiasm for working with children in a remote island setting.
6. Proficiency in child/adolescent development and a strong grasp of English language instruction.
7. Willing to be place in remote island in Raja Ampat and can join soon
Benefit :
1. Local residents on Friwen Island and Mansuar Island will furnish accommodation and meals
2. Qualified candidates from outside Papua Island will receive provided airplane tickets and speedboat transportation to Island destination by our client.
