Deskripsi pekerjaan English Speaking Sales Assistant SAY21

We are looking for a confident English speaking caller based in Jakarta to speak with parents and prospective customers in Singapore and Malaysia. You will follow up with enquiries, understand each family’s needs, explain our programmes clearly, and help them take the next step.

What you will do

• Call and follow up with leads from Singapore and Malaysia

• Speak with parents to understand their questions, concerns, and goals for their children

• Explain our programmes, events, and registration process accurately

• Follow up consistently through calls and approved messaging channels

• Keep contact records and follow up status accurate

• Coordinate with the country teams when a customer needs further support

What we are looking for

• Strong spoken and written English

• Confidence speaking with parents by phone

• Good listening skills, patience, and a professional manner

• Consistent follow up and accurate record keeping

• Comfortable working toward clear activity and conversion targets

• Availability to contact customers at suitable hours for Singapore and Malaysia

• Sales or customer calling experience is an advantage
