About the Job

We are looking for an English Speaking Outbound Calling Officer to proactively contact Australian business leads, present our solutions, and turn those conversations into qualified discovery meetings.

This role is not about "making calls." It is about disciplined outbound prospecting, sharp qualification, accurate documentation in our CRM, and timely follow-up — at high volume, without losing quality.

The Opportunity

We are Top4 Technology, an established Australian digital solutions partner/digital growth agency. We don't micromanage your hours or track arbitrary KPIs. Your primary objective is to call prospects, qualify them, offer value, and book them into discovery meetings with our executive team.

Requirements

1. English Speaking & FLUENCY: Flawless verbal communication, clear professional pronunciation, and a strong cultural understanding of Australian B2B etiquette.
2. 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting.
3. Confident phone presence with strong active listening, questioning, and objection-handling skills.
4. Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with CRMs, dialers, spreadsheets, and productivity tools.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven, capable of maintaining high-volume activity and accuracy.
6. Must have work authorization in Indonesia (Indonesian national or valid working status).

• You Call & Offer: You dial warm/cold Australian leads, pitch our value, and book a discovery meeting.
• We Pitch: The meeting is conducted by our executive team (you are welcome to join and observe!).
• You Track: You are CC’d on proposals/quotes and BCC’d on invoices so you see the exact value of the deal.
• You Get Paid: The moment the client pays their invoice into our Australian account, we transfer your 5% flat commission instantly via Wise or AUD direct transfer.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Outbound Cold & Warm Calling: Contacting Australian SMBs, navigating past gatekeepers, and qualifying decision-makers. Daily target is around 30-50 calls
• Appointment Setting: Successfully locking in discovery meetings for our management team.
• Pipeline Management: Tracking prospects and maintaining accurate notes in our CRM.

Compensation & Perks

Base Retainer: IDR 3,000,000 / month (upon meeting monthly targets).

Uncapped Commission

You struggle with handling rejection or unanswered calls.

You skip CRM notes, dispositions, or scheduled callbacks.

You require constant micromanagement rather than taking ownership of your pipeline.
