Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, chat, email, and customer system
- Communicate and greet customers professionally
- Assist customers in fulfilling their needs
- Manage customer data administration
Qualification
- Minimum education of Diploma 3 in any major
- Proficient in English (at least B2 level)
- Experience as customer service representative is preferred
- Willing to work in Yogyakarta with shifting schedule
