Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- At least 1 year experience as Call Center or Customer Service (fresh grad are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support, with a strong focus on delivering positive outcomes
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Basic to advanced Computer Literacy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate support tools and systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Fluency in verbal and written communication in the required language(s) for the role
- Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus
