Responsibilities:
- Initiate conversation by greeting and welcoming members in the group chat regularly.
- Provide engaging discussion topics to stimulate active participation.
- Actively prompt conversation and encourage interaction among members.
- Serve as the main point of contact for members by answering questions related to English usage, grammar, and learning strategies.
- Correct member assignments (e.g., voice notes (VNs), written texts, or submitted tasks) by providing detailed and constructive feedback.
- Deliver necessary feedback to support the learning progress and improvement of all members.
- Issue reminders for group meetings/sessions promptly and clearly.
- Effectively manage the class or group during learning processes, ensuring discipline and productivity.
Qualification:
1. Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in English Education, English Literature, Communication, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Possess excellent speaking and writing skills in English, demonstrably proven by a valid IELTS/TOEFL score (or equivalent certification).
3. Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, leading discussions, or facilitating group learning environments.
4. Able to dedicate time regularly to interact in the group and/or lead group meetings/discussion sessions.
5. Demonstrate strong initiative and effective communication skills.
