Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
- Escalate issues when necessary according to company procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Call Center Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willing to attend interview sessions in English
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work in shifts and under pressure
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and computer systems
