Dear Candidate,
Thanks for your interest with this job. This job role is located in Surabaya area and DO NOT require you stay in office every day. There're some criteria which we expect you could have to fit the job's role:
Must be able to speak, understand      and express yourself easily with English. We will hold online meeting      first to testify your English skills before further processing to the      final interview. Kindly please be noted.
Integrity and honesty with sound      personality. We're an open and comprehensive team culture with various      background people from different countries. We respect every individual      equally with no discrimination in their religion, country, race, gender,      age etc. We expect the candidate could have a good time within this team.
Additionally, to above two criteria which we value, you need to check your current situation with below work nature:
You need to have a flexible      schedule or every week we expect you could spare 2~3 days easily. We will      have team meeting face to face in real and during the meetings, we will      check and work together. So, your schedule currently needs to have enough      space to hold these activities;
If you are a person who have your      own hobby or profession, we welcome you share during the meeting to      promote understanding and colleague relation.
This is a part-time with assigned stage of work (under certain period of time). Initial stage will be set as maximum of 3 months based on the candidate’s criteria and factual situation locally. Our payment standard is based on local salary standard and candidate’s own criteria. But we’re an open atmosphere which we wish through discussion we could have a satisfactory result to each other.
