ENGINEERING STAFF
for Villa in Pecatu
Job Description
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
Repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, air conditioning (HVAC), and general maintenance issues.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
Ensure all equipment and facilities are operating safely and properly.
Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records.
Follow company safety procedures and standards.
Assist with other engineering or maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Able to communicate in English
Previous maintenance experience (villa or hotel experience preferred)
Minimum 2 year of experience in building maintenance or engineering
General skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and repairs
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Reliable, honest and able to work independently
Based in or near Uluwatu or happy to travel
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work shifts if required.
