Key Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering activities related to PU foam molding processes.
- Conduct mold trials and evaluate molding parameters to ensure product quality and process stability.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support process improvement.
- Support new project launches, mold validation, and production preparation.
- Prepare technical documents, trial reports, and PPAP documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
