About the role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our dynamic team ei.embeauty. In this full-time role, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of engineering operations to support manufacturing processes.
What you'll be doing:
1. Managing and monitoring engineering spare parts stock to ensure availability and efficiency
2. Oversee the condition and performance of utility machines (compressors and RO systems).
3. Supervise the operation and maintenance of production machinery, including mixing, filling and packaging processes (labelling, capping, shrink wrapping and coding).
4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring proper execution.
5. Oversee corrective and autonomous maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
6. Source and manage vendors for manufacturing and engineering needs.
7. Drive and monitor continuous improvement initiatives within engineering operations.
What we're looking for:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in an engineering role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
3. Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, FluidSIM and low-voltage electrical wiring.
4. Proven leadership and team management abilities.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
