Job Description
- Lead and supervise the Engineering team to ensure smooth and efficient engineering operations.
- Develop and improve engineering processes, including molding, adhesive, and tooling design.
- Establish and maintain engineering procedures, work instructions, and process standardization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Maximum 36 years old.
- Proficient in engineering drawing, tooling design, and engineering process development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, process development, tooling design, or product design within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
