Deskripsi pekerjaan ENGINEERING STAFF MIO ESTATE BALI
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs for villas, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general building maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and prevent equipment failures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Ensure all villa facilities, equipment, and utilities are functioning properly before guest check-in.
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are required.
- Maintain maintenance records and report completed work to the Villa Manager.
- Monitor and maintain the inventory of tools, spare parts, and engineering supplies.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Assist with renovation and improvement projects when required.
- Support the operations team to ensure high standards of villa quality and guest satisfaction.
