Formal Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Experience:
3–5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within cloud-native, fintech, or high-concurrency platform environments.
Behavior Competencies:
Strong servant-leadership, excellent cross-functional communication, highly organized problem-solver, adaptable under pressure, and strict attention to detail.
Technical Competencies:
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, solid understanding of modern software lifecycles (CI/CD, Kubernetes deployments), familiarity with backend/systems programming concepts (Go, Rust, Python), and hands-on experience navigating mobile app release processes.
