To support the engineering team in monitoring and repairing building facilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely response to maintenance issue.
Job responsibilities:
- perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building structures and civil facilities
- identify structural/facility defects and recommend appropriate repair solutions
- support other engineering activities as required
Qualifications:
- experience in civil/building maintenance, preferably in hospitality environment
- knowledge of basic civil works, including carpentry, painting, waterproofing, and plumbing
- responsible and able to work independently and as a part of team
