Qualification:
- Proven experience as a gardener or landscaper, preferably in a hospitality or luxury property setting
- Strong knowledge of tropical and subtropical plant varieties, particularly those suited to Bali's climate
- Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of garden equipment, including lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers and irrigation systems
- Understanding of pest management, disease control and plant nutrition principles
- Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high aesthetic standards
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach to work
Job Description :
- Conduct routine inspections of villa buildings, structures, and furniture.
- Repair and maintain wooden furniture, doors, cabinets, decking, and other wood fixtures.
- Perform furniture finishing, polishing, and touch-up works to maintain luxury villa standards.
- Handle minor civil works such as plastering, tiling, painting, and masonry repairs.
- Ensure all guest areas and back-of-house facilities remain in excellent condition.
- Maintain maintenance records and report repair requirements to the Engineering Supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards while performing maintenance activities.
