We are currently looking for an Admin General Maintenance – Operations to support our day-to-day maintenance operations and administrative processes.
Job Description:
- Manage and monitor General Maintenance Work Orders (WO) through Operto, including WO status, technician reports, completion updates, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly General Maintenance reports, including WO performance, productivity, SLA, and outstanding jobs.
- Handle General Maintenance invoice administration, including checking invoice details and completeness of supporting documents.
- Monitor and maintain records of material, spare parts, and tools used for General Maintenance activities.
- Organize and maintain maintenance-related documents, records, and reports.
- Coordinate with Technicians, Supervisors, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth maintenance and administrative processes.
- Support other administrative tasks related to General Maintenance and Operations as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum SMK/D3, preferably in Administration, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Engineering/Maintenance Administration, Operations Administration, or a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with data and reports.
- Familiarity with Work Order (WO) systems or maintenance management platforms is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and documentation accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Technicians, Supervisors, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
