Engineer Supervisor

PT JTD Jaya Pratama is a subsidiary of PT Pembangunan Jaya, dedicated to the development and management of Jakarta's Inner Toll Roads. With the successful operation of Phased I Seksi A Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang since August 2021, the company continues to expand its infrastructure projects across the region. As part of this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Engineer Supervisor to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale toll road projects.

Engineer Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with design standards and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, reviewing engineering drawings, managing construction schedules, and conducting site inspections to monitor progress. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, preparing reports, and providing guidance to junior engineers. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position, as the individual will play a critical role in the successful execution of infrastructure developments.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within toll road infrastructure projects, is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Project Management, Geometric Planning, SketchUp, and Civil 3D is essential.
