Job Descriptions:

  • Aktif berkomunikasi dengan Pelanggan dan menginformasikan ke tim internal.
  • Melakukan monitoring aktif terhadap perangkat yang terinstall di Pelanggan.
  • Membuat dan memastikan data teknis Pelanggan selalu terupdate.
  • Melakukan instalasi, troubleshooting, dan maintenance perangkat, server, dan infrastruktur lainnya.
  • Membuat laporan harian, rencana kerja mingguan, informasi stock bulanan, serta memastikan alat kerja layak pakai.
