Deskripsi pekerjaan Engineer Manager ProBuilder Group
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a leading university in Indonesia, with a min. GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
- Min. 6 years of experience working at a development company/construction consulting/contractor, with at least 2 years as a Civil Engineering Manager
- Strong business acumen (feasibility studies, profit and loss, RAPP)
- Strong knowledge in budgeting, cast control & contract claims
- Good communication skills, loyal, and high integrity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans for Engineering Departement that align with the organization's overall objectives
- Lead and mentor the Engineering Team, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate project budgets using efficient and effective methods
- Analyze construction contracts, manage potential risks, calculate project profit and loss projections, and prepare feasibility studies to determine project viability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and process improvement
- Assist in resolving and providing technical input on projects facing on-site technical challenges
