Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Endpoint Security, DLP, or Security Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with DLP, EDR, Antivirus, Encryption, and Endpoint Protection solutions.
- Good understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX, TCP/IP, Active Directory, and DNS.
- Basic knowledge of Network Security, including IPS and Web Proxy.
- Experience in troubleshooting, incident investigation, and remediation of endpoint security issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Endpoint Security certification is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain DLP and Endpoint Security solutions.
- Monitor and investigate DLP, EDR, and endpoint security incidents.
- Perform L2 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation.
- Deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot endpoint security agents across Windows and Linux/UNIX environments.
- Configure and maintain DLP and endpoint security policies based on security requirements.
- Support implementation, optimization, and modification of security solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and configuration records.
- Collaborate with SOC, Network, Infrastructure, and IT teams and escalate complex issues to L3/vendor when required.
