Zettabyte is a software development company that focuses on the education sector. We work together with our multicultural team to create and produce tools that increase the quality of life for anyone who is involved in the education sector.

Requirements:

• Students or fresh graduates in bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with social media strategies, content marketing, and digital advertising
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability in using spreadsheet and editing tools (e.g., Canva).
• Networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of employer branding trends and strategies.

Responsibility:

• Craft and execute a compelling employer brand strategy that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and values.
• Create and manage engaging content for career pages, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
• Produce employee success stories, culture videos, and employer-focused blog posts.
• Organize and represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Plan internal initiatives that promote the company culture, such as employee recognition programs.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Instagram.
• Conduct market research to benchmark the company’s brand against competitors.
• Gather and analyze data on brand performance and provide actionable insights.
• Promote internal alignment by engaging employees in branding efforts.
• Collaborate on initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
• Provide regular reports on branding effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
