Deskripsi pekerjaan Employer Branding Intern Studio Tropik
Job Description:
1. Helping on planning and executing employer branding initiatives to increase awareness of Studio Tropik's brand on social media, including: Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
2. Create and help on editing corporate contents: graphic and video to showcase Studio Tropik's employer brand and unique company culture.
3. Create engaging content through brainstorming and copywriting ideas.
4. Collaborate with the internal marketing, especially community, engagement, and affiliate or other departments on employer branding projects.
Qualifications:
1. Recent fresh graduate or last semester student from any major
2. Experience as an employer branding intern is a plus.
3. Able to use editing tools/software for graphics and video
4. Willing to WFO at Joglo (Jakarta Barat)
5. Able to work in individuals and teams
6. Self-initiative, good communication, and planning skills
7. Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
