We’re looking for an Employer Acquisition Supervisor to join our Commercial team and drive our growth in Indonesia. In this role, you will lead a team focused on increasing the number of activated companies and driving revenue growth at Glints marketplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build, grow, and ensure achievement of team and individual monthly targets
- Acquire or reactivate companies through outbound cold calls, email, and other channel
- Maintain productivity and keep all team members on track to achieve the target
- Coordinate with direct reports and relevant parties to support operations and develop the market
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/Employer Acquisition telesales or cold-calling activities
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a team, preferably 4-5 team members
- Experience working in a Job portal, banking, insurance, tech, or training companies would be a plus point
- Digital savvy & Target Oriented
- Good Time Management: A self-organized person to maintain productivity between supervise the team, sourcing, calling and other possible administrative task
- Proactively Customer-Obsessed
- Excellent questioning skills: Understands the importance of setting up a hypothesis before collecting the feedback and review
- Plus point if having a good command in English both oral & written
