Job Description:
- Understand the company’s employee engagement strategy and objectives, and work with managers to ensure it is being executed
- Organize and facilitate monthly team-building activities
- Work with managers to develop action plans to address any areas of dissatisfaction identified through employee check-ins
- Creating surveys to measure employee satisfaction and morale, and distributing them to employees through various channels such as email, phone call prompts, or paper surveys
- Provide data & content related to the community to our Social Media Specialist
- Determining best ways to engage employees, such as through contests or recognition programs
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Requirements:
- Final year university student of Public Relation or Psychology
- At least one year experience in related role
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in handling official or big event
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Have good presentation of projects/events
- Good in problem solving skills and analytical thinking
Excellent people management skills
