Deskripsi pekerjaan EMPLOYEE BENEFIT SUPERVISOR PT Societo General Sinergi
- Maximum 35 years old with minimum Diploma degree in any major
- Well known the business process in Employee Benefit and Health Insurance industry
- Well organized, self-motivated and able to cooperate effectively
- Strong personality, enthusiastic, and result oriented with high integrity
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good administration skills and detail oriented
- Computer literate (Excel, Word and Power Point )
- Able to work under pressure
- Responsible for assisting in the administration of all benefits, policy administration, changes in policy data, and claims
- Check and ensure correctly Placing Slip, Quotation Slip, Profit Calculation, Final Slip, Utilization Claim Report and others in the system.
- Negotiate and follow up on the process of placing risks into insurance to get the best terms and conditions and get the targeted premium value
- Coordinate with Insurance, Third Party Administrator and other third parties while the client's claim process is running and ensure that the claim is processed properly within the predetermined deadline
- Reporting to Management on daily basis
