Deskripsi pekerjaan EMKL - EXPORT IMPORT CUSTOM CLEARANCE STAFF (JAKARTA) PT. King Freight Logistics Indonesia
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle Export and Import documents, such as Manifest, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other related documents
- Manage communication with shipping parties, customs, and relevant vendors
- Schedule shipments and ensure all deliveries are on time
- Proficient in navigating Customs Systems (Bea Cukai) to generate PEB&PIB efficiently
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of work experience in import & export administration or logistics, including handling customs documents, shipment coordination, and customs procedures
- Good understanding of customs, import-export regulations, and procedures
- Adaptive and communicative
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic proficiency in English, both spoken and written (fluency is a plus)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
