Deskripsi pekerjaan Electrical Team Leader PT Indo Copper Refining
Job Responsibility:
1. Monitor the daily status of production lines, identify and receive reports of equipment faults, and organize repairs as required
2. Implement electrical maintenance according to the plan approved by the Equipment Director.
3. Monitor the operation of the compressed air system, generators, and electrical substations
4. Assign tasks for the repair, maintenance, and operation of water systems, compressed air systems, and HVAC systems
5. Organize the installation of new projects (including mechanical works
6. Provide work guidance and train new personnel
7. Manage and coordinate manpower, machinery, materials, equipment, tools, and vehicles of the electrical team to ensure repair activities are carried out safely and efficiently
8. Organize and implement the installation of new projects (machinery and equipment) as assigned by the Equipment Director
9. Provide work guidance and train new personnel
10. Communicate and guide the team on the Company’s rules, regulations, and policies
11. Research and propose equipment improvement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Equipment Director / Plant Director and in accordance with the Company’s quality and environmental management system regulations
13. Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by the Equipment Director and Plant Director
14. Prepare periodic team reports for the Equipment Director (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) in accordance with departmental, company, and quality/environmental management system requirements.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance (preferably in manufacturing/industrial environment)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, generators, and industrial utilities
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with safety standards and electrical regulations
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Language Requirement:
- English proficiency: Intermediate level (able to communicate in daily operations and read technical documents)
