Electrical Supervisor
PT Space Technology Group (PT Megadaya Tangguh) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our growing EPC and Power Plant Projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical engineering activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and supporting the successful execution of power generation projects across Indonesia.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's Degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in Power Plant Projects (PLTS, PLTU, PLTD, PLTG).
- Strong knowledge of power systems, protection systems, control systems, and instrumentation.
- Proven experience in EPC projects, including engineering review, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Good understanding of IEC, IEEE, PUIL, and SPLN standards.
- Proficient in ETAP, power system analysis, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Experienced in leading teams, supervising site activities, and coordinating vendors/subcontractors.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project environments.
- Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical engineering activities for EPC power plant projects.
- Review and approve engineering documents, including SLDs, load calculations, protection coordination studies, and technical drawings.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and foreign specialists during project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation for project engineering teams.
- Support project planning, budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
