Job Description:
Planning & Scheduling: Scheduling of Planned Maintenance and Daily/Weekly Work Plans
Administration: Monitoring of Maintenance Machinery Mastertracker – Work Orders (SPK), Preventive, and Planned Maintenance
Planned Maintenance: Monitoring the implementation and material requirements according to the plan
Preventive Maintenance: Monitoring of schedules and material requirements
Spare Part Management: Monitoring the machine spare part list – coordination with Purchasing for material needs
Inventory Management: Monitoring of maintenance consumable stock available on site
Autonomous Maintenance Monitoring: F-Tag, LOTO, and training & development for production operators
Automation Engineer: Continuous improvement in terms of mechanics and machinery
Qualifications:
Min. Education S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
Min. 1 year relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
Willing to WFO in Tangerang
