Requirement
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in Engineering (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Understand electrical equipment, troubleshooting, and technical drawings
- Able to operate AutoCAD and other design software
- Preferably experienced in Solar Power Plant (PLTS) design and installation
- Good English communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Able to work at heights and travel out of town
- Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines
Reaponsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and technical inspections
- Prepare PLTS design and technical drawings
- Handle PLTS installation, testing, and troubleshooting
- Supervise project implementation and ensure work quality
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines
- Prepare engineering reports and project documentation
