Electrical Engineer

PT Wedison Green Energy Group is looking for an Electrical Engineer to support the development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems for electric motorcycles.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems for electric motorcycles.
• Work with electrical components, including batteries, Battery Management Systems (BMS), motor controllers, wiring harnesses, and charging systems.
• Conduct electrical system testing, diagnostics, and performance evaluations.
• Identify and resolve electrical and electronic issues in electric motorcycle systems.
• Support the integration and improvement of electrical components and systems.
• Analyze electrical faults and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare technical documentation, testing reports, and troubleshooting records.
• Coordinate with R&D, production, quality, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure electrical systems meet applicable safety, quality, and performance requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in electric vehicles, automotive, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and electronic components.
• Familiarity with electric vehicle systems, including battery, BMS, motor controller, and charging systems.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, testing, and diagnostic processes.
• Knowledge of electric motors and vehicle electrical systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on-site and support operational requirements.
