Job Description :
1. Electrical System
- Manage and maintain factory electrical distribution systems, including LVMDP, MDP, SDP, panels, cabling, grounding, and lighting systems.
- Monitor electrical loads, power consumption, and system capacity.
- Troubleshoot electrical failures and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support electrical installation for production machines, utilities, laboratories, warehouses, and office areas.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
2. ELV System
- Manage and maintain ELV systems, including: CCTV, Access Control, LAN & Network Cabling, Telephone / Intercom, Fire Alarm System, Public Address System, Other building ELV systems, Coordinate troubleshooting, installation, testing, and system upgrades when required.
3. Project & Contractor Management
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQ, and technical proposals.
- Coordinate electrical and ELV works for factory construction, renovation, and expansion projects.
- Supervise contractors and ensure installation complies with approved drawings and technical standards.
- Monitor project quality, progress, cost, and safety.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover of completed works.
- Verify contractor quantities and completed work before payment approval.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure electrical installations comply with applicable Indonesian regulations and electrical safety standards.
- Identify electrical safety risks and implement corrective actions.
- Support factory safety inspections and audits.
- Maintain electrical drawings, maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering (preferably in manufacturing cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, FMCG, or other GMP manufacturing environments, factory, warehouse, or industrial facilities).
- Good knowledge of electrical distribution systems and ELV systems.
- Able to read and review Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Familiar with electrical panels, cabling, grounding, protection systems, and electrical load calculations.
- Experience in contractor supervision and factory construction/renovation projects is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills (in Bahasa Indonesia; English or Mandarin capability is an advantage).
- Experience with new factory construction or factory expansion projects.
- Understanding of UPS, generator, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems.
- Relevant electrical competency certification such as SKTTK or other applicable certification is an advantage.
- Willing to be based in Deltamas, Cikarang
