THE ROLE
As a Hotel Junior Engineer, you will assist with the maintenance and smooth operation of our resort facilities. This hands-on role involves assisting with daily operations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the highest standards across our resort’s infrastructure, including maintenance, renovations, pools, plumbing, electrical systems, and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with daily maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks.
Support pool cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
Work closely with the team to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of experience in an engineering or maintenance role (fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply).
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems.
A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa; English conversational would be preferred.
