Job Description:
Oversee import documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
Manage imports export, inventory, and logistics while ensuring compliance, supporting ops, and managing supplier and event coordination
Responsible for directly handling issues related to the import and export of goods, completing documentation and customs procedures for businesses to import goods or export them abroad
Control and monitor shipper and consignee needed
Follow up the job with other related department
Responsible for ensuring any payments due are made in advance of any shipment as required
Able to do customs clearance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Export and Import processing (Min. 1 Years)
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is preferred. Proficiency in Mandarin is considered a strong advantage
Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a similar role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Attention to detail and accuracy in verifying shipping documents and preparing reports.
Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and regulations.
Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports on logistics costs and inventory.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in improving logistics processes.
Age maximum 30 years old
Able to work under pressure, organized and detail oriented
Honest, reliable, mature with nice attitude & pro-active
