Deskripsi pekerjaan EHS Staff PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and ensure workplace compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Develop and deliver safety training, toolbox meeting/talks, and induction programs.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Maintain and update safety documentations, including MSDS, permits, and safety plans.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce compliance of safety policies.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure all required permits and licenses are up to date.
- Promote a proactive HSE culture through continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree majored in Environmental/Public Health
- Open for Fresh Graduates (1-2 years of prior HSE work experience is a plus)
- Willing to work on a short-term project basis
- Eagerness to learn & pursue career in a manufacturing environment
- Willing to be placed at Kendal Industrial Park
- Intermediate proficiency in spoken & written English is a must
