Job Description
We are looking for an experienced EHS Specialist to ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental regulations, and company standards. This role is responsible for managing EHS programs, supporting ISO management systems, coordinating with government authorities, and reporting EHS performance to Head Office.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage P2K3 activities and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Handle hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste management in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate inspections, audits, permits, and compliance with government authorities, including the Ministry of Manpower (Disnaker), Environmental Agency (DLH), Fire Department (Damkar), and other related authorities.
- Maintain and continuously improve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, HIRADC, incident investigations, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Prepare EHS reports, KPI reports, legal compliance reports, and submit regular reports to Head Office.
- Support internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
- Organize safety training, emergency response drills, and environmental awareness programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an EHS Specialist in a manufacturing company.
- Possess a valid AK3 Umum Certificate.
- Possess a valid SK Penunjukan Ahli K3 Umum issued by the Ministry of Manpower.
- Experience serving as the appointed General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum).
- Strong knowledge of P2K3, Indonesian EHS regulations, environmental compliance, and hazardous (B3) waste management.
- Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and audit processes.
- Experienced in handling government inspections, licensing, reporting, and compliance with related authorities.
- Able to prepare reports, analyze EHS data, and communicate effectively with Head Office in English.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Able to join immediately.
- Willing to work at Jababeka, Cikarang.
