Description:
- Make care calls to students currently enrolled in courses at Schola.
- Notify students about tuition expiration and handle tuition renewal.
- Advise and introduce other skill-based courses to current students.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Support other Schola staff when necessary.
Requirements:
- High school graduate; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Own a personal laptop.
- At least 6 months of working experience; experience in customer-facing roles in education and/or service industries is a plus.
- Customer-oriented mindset; passion for sales; willing to take risks and not afraid of rejection.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with effective time management.
- Strong team spirit and determination to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
- High professional ethics and a professional working style.
