JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing or related major).
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in B2C or B2B in retail/education/related industries with proven successful track record.
- High self-motivation, strong initiative in self-learning, excellent problem-solving and winning mindset.
- Strong persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage and convince customers through direct sales, phone calls, and written communication platforms.
- Ability to speak Japanese or having Japanese-related experience will be an advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Sales
- Listen to customer needs and present suitable solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through in-person visits, telephone calls, and emails.
- Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings or e-meetings with potential customers.
- Act as a liaison between NLEC and companies, schools, or universities to expand market reach.
Retention
- Serve as the main point of contact to build a strong relationship between students and NLEC.
- Ensure students have a positive and effective learning experience at NLEC.
- Support students in achieving their Japanese learning goals and manage retention initiatives.
