We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to drive sales of educational books and learning solutions, build strong relationships with schools and institutions, and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new potential customers (schools, educational institutions, bookstores)
2. Present and promote products to clients in a professional and engaging manner
3. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
4. Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales
5. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
6. Prepare daily activity and sales reports
7. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth sales operations
8. Conduct visits to schools/customers and participate in events or exhibitions
Qualifications
1. Minimum Diploma (D3); Bachelor’s degree preferred (especially in Education, Marketing, or related fields)
2. Proven experience in sales; experience in books or educational products is highly preferred
3. Strong communication and presentation skills with high confidence
4. Ability to build relationships with schools, institutions, and bookstores
5. Knowledge of education systems, curriculum, or learning products is a plus
6. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
7. Able to work independently as well as in a team, disciplined, honest, and responsible
8. Willing to travel and conduct field visits
