About the Role
Kiddo.id is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Education Partnership Manager to drive strategic partnerships with schools and educational institutions. This role combines academic expertise and business development capabilities, making it ideal for someone who understands how schools operate while also being able to identify growth opportunities, build relationships, and create sustainable partnerships.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to schools, helping them enhance educational outcomes while supporting Kiddo.id's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
- Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and other strategic stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, principals, academic leaders, and decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective partners.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from lead generation to contract signing and account management.
Academic & Educational Excellence
- Understand school curricula, academic challenges, and educational trends.
- Collaborate with schools to identify educational needs and recommend suitable programs and solutions.
- Work closely with the academic team to ensure programs align with learning objectives and school requirements.
- Provide educational insights and recommendations that support student development and school improvement initiatives.
Business Growth & Strategy
- Achieve partnership, revenue, and growth targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Kiddo.id's presence within the education sector.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the education industry.
- Prepare business proposals, partnership agreements, and growth plans.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools.
- Ensure high partner satisfaction and long-term relationship sustainability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of programs.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in: School management, Academic leadership, Education consulting,
- Education sales, School partnership development, or Business development within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of school operations, curriculum, and educational ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to achieve business targets.
Preferred
- Experience working directly in schools as a teacher, coordinator, vice principal, principal, or academic manager.
- Experience in EdTech, enrichment programs, educational services, or school consulting.
- Existing network within schools and educational institutions.
