Education Operations Manager

for an International Learning Center

Job Description:

Center Manager oversees the overall management of our branch. Duties include staff hiring and training, motivating staff to achieve targets, sales and marketing, operating the branch on a day-to-day basis and making sure high production and efficiency in overall branch operation are achieved.

REQUIREMENTS:

•Bachelor's Degree or above

•3-5 years of work experience, preferably with a significant amount of management experience

•Strong leadership skills

•Proven experience in operations, sales & marketing is strongly preferable

•Target oriented

•Attention to details

•Experience in the education industry

•Good command of English, spoken or written

• Work location : DIY
