About the Role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and quality‑driven Education Management Specialist to support the creation of AI‑powered e‑learning content.
In this role, you will work with our internal web‑based AI system to review, structure, and finalize digital learning materials.
This position is ideal for someone with strong language skills, an eye for structure and clarity, and a passion for modern, AI‑enhanced education solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and improve AI‑generated learning content (accuracy, clarity, flow, didactics).
- Structure and finalize learning units and lesson flows produced by AI.
- Create, edit, and maintain learning slides within our internal web tool (text fields and content layout).
- Select relevant images and visual elements to support learning.
- Ensure overall content quality before and after launch.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine AI‑generated training materials.
Requirements
- Strong command of English (written).
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for high‑quality content.
- Ability to structure learning materials clearly and logically.
- Familiarity with e‑learning or education is a plus.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and web‑based systems.
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply didactic principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Education, Linguistics, Instructional Design, or related fields.
- Experience in content writing, editing, or curriculum development.
- Understanding of digital learning platforms.
- Basic ability to evaluate visuals (image relevance, consistency, etc.).
