Kunkwan is a trusted and widely recognized international Mandarin training center. We have helped many students from various countries learn Mandarin effectively. Now, Kunkwan is expanding its presence in Indonesia.

As an Education Facilitator Officer, you will be the face and voice of the company in introducing our Mandarin programs to prospective students. This role combines education, presentation, sales, and student support to ensure an optimal learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Course Presentation & Sales

Deliver engaging and informative course presentations to prospective students via Zoom.

Explain learning benefits, outcomes, and student success stories to encourage enrollment.

Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and close sales professionally.

2. Student Support & Onboarding

Assist new students with the registration and onboarding process.

Address inquiries or issues after enrollment and ensure student satisfaction.

Communicate with prospective students via WhatsApp or Zoom.

Provide additional information or demo/live classes when needed to support decision-making.

3, Learning Collaboration

Occasionally lead short learning sessions or basic-level Mandarin trial classes.

Collaborate with tutors to align the learning experience with student expectations.

4. Teamwork & Strategy

Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to improve strategies and student experience.

Participate in monthly campaigns, promotions, and content support.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.

Fluent in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written).

Mandarin proficiency (minimum HSK 3) is preferred.

Own a personal laptop/PC for daily operations.

Energetic, persuasive, and confident in online presentations.

Willing to work in shifts and on weekends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Morning Shift: 08:00 – 17:00 WIB

Afternoon Shift: 12.30 – 21:30 WIB

(Must be willing to work on weekends based on schedule)
