Education Event Manager (English Speaker)

Future Ready Academy is a leading Singapore headquartered training institution dedicated to preparing the future-ready generation in the increasingly digital world of AI, robotics and coding across Southeast Asia.

We are the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET). Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.

We are looking for an Education Project Manager to lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of regional programs, including holiday camps, competitions, and university collaborations across Indonesia, Singapore, and Vietnam. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing large-scale student programs, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and education.

Responsibilities

Program Development & Implementation

• Drive the end-to-end execution of regional programs, ensuring successful planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Develop and refine program concepts, structures, and learning outcomes, aligning with Future Ready Academy's educational vision.
• Manage program logistics, partnerships, and resources to ensure smooth execution.

Stakeholder & University Engagement

• Act as the main liaison between universities, corporate partners, trainers, and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, industry experts, and government agencies.
• Work closely with educators, mentors, and judges to ensure high-quality program delivery.

Program Quality & Success Metrics

• Set and track key success metrics (e.g., student engagement, program impact, partner satisfaction).
• Continuously refine and enhance programs based on feedback, industry trends, and best practices.
• Ensure that all programs uphold high educational standards and deliver real-world impact.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale regional university programs, camps, and/or competitions.
• Passionate about technology, entrepreneurship, and education.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in multi-country program execution.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth operations and high program quality.
• Growth mindset—adaptable, flexible, energetic, and proactive.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, able to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Strong network in universities is an advantage.
