Hiring for Education Consultant
Job Description:
- Drive cross-selling initiatives across multiple Sparks Education programs
- Engage with parents through both offline and online channels to drive student enrollment across multiple Sparks programs
- Convert trial participants and existing students into paid enrollments through effective consultation and structured follow-up
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline and ensuring strong conversion at each stage
- Perform consistent and proactive follow-up with parents (calls, WhatsApp, in-person) to maximize conversion
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
Minimum Qualifications:
Service mindset: Treating each customer the way you want to be treated
Sales ability: Delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals
- 1–3 years of experience in sales roles (e.g., Customer Success, Account Manager, Education Consultant, Membership Sales, Hospitality, or Marketing with sales exposure)
- Proven experience in B2C sales with targets (Experience in education industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially in engaging with parents
- Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working with targets and deadlines
- Persistent and resourceful in achieving sales goals
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Ability to probe and understand customer needs, and translate them into relevant solutions
