Raizing is a youth development & education company that helps teenagers discover their goals, confidence, leadership skills, and future direction through impactful programs, workshops, camps, and mentoring experiences.

Your Responsibilities
As an Education Consultant, you will become the bridge between parents, students, schools, and Raizing programs.
Your role includes:
• Assisting and guiding parents who are interested in Raizing programs
• Following up with parents through chat, phone call, or meetings
• Explaining Raizing programs clearly and confidently to parents
• Building good relationships with parents and students
• Finding collaboration opportunities between schools and Raizing
• Maintaining communication with school partners and communities
• Supporting student enrollment and program coordination
• Working together with the marketing and operations team
We’re Looking For Someone Who
• Loves communication and enjoys meeting new people
• Is confident speaking with parents, schools, and students
• Has good communication and negotiation skills
• Is proactive, responsible, and target-oriented
• Loves education and youth development
• Can work individually and with a team
• Experience in sales, education, customer relations, or partnerships is a plus
