Job Description:
- Conduct sales consultations with parents to understand the child’s learning needs, academic challenges, and goals.
- Provide professional recommendations and develop customized learning plans based on each student’s needs.
- Present and promote Sparks Education programs clearly and persuasively to support parents in choosing the right program.
- Apply effective upselling and cross-selling strategies by recommending additional programs that support the child’s learning development.
- Manage and maintain customer and member data through the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, consultations, and enrollments.
- Monitor and follow up on potential leads to convert them into active members.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales activity reports to track performance and ensure accountability.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive consultation, follow-up, and relationship building with parents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to encourage long-term engagement with Sparks Education programs.
- Support and participate in events such as open houses, seminars, and parent engagement activities organized by the center.
